The Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Shares of Naftna Industrija Srbije a.d. Novi Sad entered into by and between the Republic of Serbia and Gazprom Neft on 24 December 2008, lays down the obligatory guidelines for the establishment and mode of operation of some corporate bodies, which have been incorporated into NIS's Articles of Association.
